  • Matt and Rebekah Crain

    Papua New Guinea

    Both Matthew and Rebekah first went to PNG as single short-term missionaries. They met in PNG, and the Lord directed their lives to marriage while serving there together. After finishing deputation as a couple, they returned to PNG in July 2007 and are continuing their work there. Though varied, the nature of their PNG ministry is centered around Rapture Baptist Church and Victory Baptist Church. Matthew administrates and Rebekah teaches at South Simbu Christian Academy. This educational training ministry is for the purpose of training nationals in the basics of education to use in future ministry within the churches of PNG. In 2008 they graduated their first class of 6th graders.

  • THE MCLEANS

    Abergale, Wales

    The McLean family -- Steve, Marcia, Maggie, Gwyneth, and Amelia -- ministers in the North Wales town of Abergele as part of a church-planting team. Wales is a part of the United Kingdom made up of 2.9 million people. The languages are both English and Welsh. Though once the scene of great revival, Wales has the lowest church attendance in the UK . Only about 2% of the Welsh population claim to attend an evangelical church of any kind.

    Thomas and Marilyn Nieman served the Lord at Galilee Baptist Church for nearly 45 years. After Dr. Nieman stepped down as Senior Pastor, he started Northwest Baptist Assistance Ministry--specifically designed to encourage and minister to pastors and churches, especially in the Northwest. 

  • The Willis'

    Spain

    The Willis family has had the unique experience to be equipped for the ministry by serving at THE WILDS Christian Camp and Conference Center for the past 20 years. Pastor Matt Collier and Bethany Baptist Church are now sending them to the Basque region of Spain in answer to God's call in the Willis' hearts to be witnesses of Christ "unto the uttermost parts of the earth." Together with their family, Charissa, Danae, Gloria, and Seth, they seek to share the light of the Gospel to the nation of Spain.

    Furlough Replacement

    Church planters serving church planters with experience, love and a pastor's heart.  Answering the 2000 year old cry of the missionary: “For I have no man likeminded, who will naturally care for your state. For all seek their own, not the things which are Jesus Christ's.”  (Philippians 2:20), Jim & Myra Wright are Furlough Replacement Missionaries with Baptist World Missions. Their calling is to replace missionaries as they return to the states for their furlough.
